About the Role

Bidwells is seeking an experienced Rural Professional to join their growing team in the Highlands. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Estate Management and Professional (EM&P) team, working closely with our Inverness and Fort William offices as a key fee earner.

The role will focus on professional work, including RICS Red Book valuations of rural property, portfolio management, and developing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a passion for rural and agricultural matters, with previous experience working in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • RICS Red Book valuations of rural property
  • Portfolio management and development
  • Client relationship building and maintenance
  • Winning new professional instructions

About You:

  • RICS qualified (desirable)
  • Passionate about rural and agricultural matters
  • Previous experience working in real estate
  • Excellent financial and commercial acumen
  • Strong communication skills
