Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced surveyor to join our Estate Management Team in Inverness, Scotland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the management of diverse rural property portfolios on behalf of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the management of rural property portfolios, including agricultural, residential, and commercial properties, as well as natural capital, renewable energy, and sporting rights.
  • Prepare and monitor cash flow and P&L budgets, ensuring clients' income and expenditure align with targets.
  • Manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Chartered RICS membership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn new skills and adapt to change
  • Full driving license and own car
