Rural Surveyor Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced surveyor to join our Estate Management Team in Inverness, Scotland. As a Rural Surveyor, you will play a key role in delivering estate management services to our clients, focusing on rural property management across the north of Scotland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the management of diverse rural property portfolios on behalf of privately owned rural businesses, including agricultural, residential, and commercial property, as well as natural capital, renewable energy, and sporting rights.
  • Prepare and monitor cash flow and P&L budgets, ensuring clients' income and expenditure align with targets.
  • Manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues, communicating effectively through written and oral reports.

Requirements:

  • Chartered RICS membership
  • Emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to learn new skills and adapt to change
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Full driving license and own car
