We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced surveyor to join our Estate Management Team in Inverness, Scotland. As a Rural Property Manager, you will play a key role in the delivery of estate management services to our clients, focusing on rural property portfolios across the north of Scotland.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and support the delivery of estate management services to clients, including agricultural, residential, and commercial properties, as well as natural capital, renewable energy, and sporting rights.
• Prepare and monitor cash flow and profit and loss budgets for clients, ensuring accurate financial management and reporting.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborate with the Estate Management Team to achieve business objectives, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive success.
Requirements
• Chartered RICS member with a strong background in rural property management.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
