Retail Sales Leader Opportunity
Award-winning Axpe Consulting seeks a seasoned sales professional to drive business growth in the retail sector. As a highly skilled Sales Manager, you will leverage your expertise in selling innovative IT solutions to retail businesses and deliver tailored solutions that enhance client operations and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clients Acquisition: Identify and acquire new clients in the retail sector.
  • Solution Selling: Provide cutting-edge IT solutions using AI, cloud, and data analytics technologies.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Create a comprehensive sales plan to expand Axpe's presence in the retail industry.
  • Lead Generation: Drive lead generation through outreach, networking, and industry events.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with retail decision-makers.
  • Tech Collaboration: Work closely with the technical team to deliver custom solutions.
  • Pipeline Management: Track and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot.

Main Requirements:
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the retail sector, selling IT solutions such as AI, cloud, or data analytics.
  • Proven sales performance, consistently meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • CRM tool experience (Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
