Key Accountabilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the legal sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry connections and partnerships.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize sales processes and improve results.
- Liaise with marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales campaigns and initiatives.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the legal sector.
- Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a focus on account management and business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales enablement tools, such as Salesforce and Outreach.
- Strong IT skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Salary and Benefits:
- $65K + 100% OTE.
