Key Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the legal sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry connections and partnerships.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize sales processes and improve results.
  • Liaise with marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales campaigns and initiatives.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the legal sector.
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a focus on account management and business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales enablement tools, such as Salesforce and Outreach.
  • Strong IT skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Salary and Benefits:

  • $65K + 100% OTE.
