Senior Human Resources Advisor

Reed is partnering with a company to fill a Senior HR Advisor / HRBP role. This is a temporary position for approximately 6 months, with the possibility of extension.
This is a hands-on role that requires adaptability and flexibility. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries and will support the HR advisors with recruitment and compliance checks.
The role involves sitting in on grievance and disciplinary meetings, reviewing procedures, and issuing formal letters. The HR Business Partner will also provide operational support to the HR team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in operational HR, be confident in reviewing policies and procedures, and have a strong understanding of grievance and disciplinary procedures.
They will also be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of people, possess strong administration and MS Office skills, and be able to work accurately with attention to detail.
The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with flexibility for hybrid working. Salary will be dependent on experience.
