Executive Support Professional

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to join our team at KMK Recruitment as the PA to the Group CIO and Head of Technology Innovation. This is an exceptional opportunity to support high-profile executives and contribute to the success of a global retailer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Group CIO and Head of Technology Innovation’s inbox, diaries, and meetings, including arranging appointments, coordinating dates, times, and locations.
- Prepare agendas and take minutes at CIO meetings, ensuring timely follow-up on action items.
- Draft communications on behalf of the Group CIO and Head of Technology Innovation.
- Coordinate video conferences, room bookings, catering, and dial-ins.
- Arrange international travel itineraries, including booking tickets, hotels, transport, and managing currency requirements.
- Ensure all correspondence and relevant materials required by the Group CIO and Head of Technology Innovation are produced in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist with data research, presentation editing, and formatting documents.
- Liaise with HR and IT departments regarding new joiners.
- Establish and manage the invoice and expense process for the Group CIO and Head of Technology Innovation.
- Coordinate events for department conferences both UK and internationally.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting C-suite executives, with successful organization and planning of multiple tasks to tight deadlines. Strong people skills are essential for working with senior individuals, and adaptability is key in this fast-paced environment.
