About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Onboarding Specialist to join our team as a Technical Customer Success Manager. This role involves working closely with clients to ensure they successfully onboard and utilize Avvoka's platform, delivering exceptional client outcomes and driving revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Tailored Onboarding Programs: Develop customized onboarding programs to address specific client use cases and industry challenges, empowering them to maximize the potential of Avvoka's advanced features.
  • Advanced Technical Support: Provide in-depth training on field logic, conditional formatting, and automated workflows, enabling clients to build complex templates and optimize their contract management processes.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster deep understanding of clients' objectives and deliver tailored support to ensure they achieve tangible benefits from using Avvoka.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Strong Technical Background: Proven ability to learn and explain complex software features to non-technical users, with a strong understanding of field logic, boolean expressions, and other coding principles used in contract automation tools.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts and fostering trust with stakeholders at all levels, with a demonstrated ability to identify and proactively solve client issues.
  • Revenue Growth: Proven experience managing multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously, maintaining organization and attention to detail, with a track record of driving revenue growth through account management and strategic partnerships.
