  • Estimated Salary: £30,000 per year based on industry standards in the UK

About the Role:

  1. To manage the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring efficient service delivery and maintaining high standards of food quality.
  2. To lead and motivate the kitchen team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  3. To develop and implement new menu ideas, taking into account seasonal ingredient availability and customer preferences.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a senior chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • An up-to-date driving license, due to the need for occasional travel to local suppliers.
  • The ability to commute or relocate to Welshpool.
