AUTEL Automotive Intelligence – Europe is seeking an experienced Technical Support Diagnostic Specialist to join our team in London, UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to customers before and after sales, including project handling from initiation to production, as well as ongoing operational projects.

As a Technical Support Diagnostic Specialist, you will be familiar with AUTEL's products and their characteristics, working closely with regional distributors and colleagues across various departments to provide essential support. Your key responsibilities will include timely processing of customer feedback on technical product issues, tracking and resolving these issues, collecting customer demand, and providing feedback to the R&D department.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as electric power, communication, electronics, measurement and control technology, instrumentation, automotive service technology, or automotive technology. A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience is required, preferably in charging piles, batteries, automotive, electronics, ADAS, and other related industries.

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have opportunities for professional growth and development within a dynamic and innovative company.
