We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Administrator to join our team at Cathedral Appointments Ltd in Torquay.

Role Description

This full-time position involves providing administrative support to Managing Directors/IFA's and serving as the primary point of contact for Mortgage advisors.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in mortgage administration, preferably within Financial Services, and possess excellent communication and client service skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the progression of mortgages through to legal completion and beyond.
  • Collaborate with Mortgage Advisers to monitor the progress of mortgage cases and address any arising queries.
  • Maintain accurate records of client matter details on the company's databases.
  • Handle incoming telephone calls and record messages for colleagues.
  • Provide ongoing support to Mortgage Advisors to guarantee adherence to compliance and regulatory standards.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in mortgage administration, preferably within Financial Services.
  • Excellent communication and client service skills.
  • Thorough understanding of Financial Services products and procedures.
  • Knowledge of the local market.
  • Enthusiasm, commitment, and motivation towards team success and growth.
