Job Description


You will work closely with Social Workers, providing guidance, support, and oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality services. Your role demands passion, commitment, and a genuine desire to enhance the lived experience of the children we serve.



Key Responsibilities



  • To implement the Hampshire Approach, prioritizing the child's voice and views
  • To contribute to multi-agency practices, conducting assessments and safeguarding adolescents
  • To manage a caseload efficiently, ensuring timely interventions and effective case management


Requirements


This role requires a proven track record of frontline statutory social care practice, with at least three years' experience working collaboratively with children, young people, and their families. A social work qualification and registration with Social Work England are essential.
