The Role
As an Assistant Team Manager, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of our social care services. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving positive change, improving outcomes, and ensuring the highest standards are maintained.
Job Description
You will work closely with Social Workers, providing guidance, support, and oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality services. Your role demands passion, commitment, and a genuine desire to enhance the lived experience of the children we serve.
Key Responsibilities
- To implement the Hampshire Approach, prioritizing the child's voice and views
- To contribute to multi-agency practices, conducting assessments and safeguarding adolescents
- To manage a caseload efficiently, ensuring timely interventions and effective case management
Requirements
This role requires a proven track record of frontline statutory social care practice, with at least three years' experience working collaboratively with children, young people, and their families. A social work qualification and registration with Social Work England are essential.
