About the Role

FIND | Creating Futures is seeking an experienced Health and Social Care professional to fill a challenging position as a Personal Development Coach.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for professionals with a passion for adult/elderly care, including dementia and learning disabilities, to join our dynamic team in delivering high-quality apprenticeships and diplomas within the sector.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of Apprenticeship and Diploma learners, supporting them to achieve Health and Social Care qualifications at Level 2/3 or Levels 4/5 based on your competence. This includes conducting monthly progressive visits with learners and their employers, delivering effective teaching and learning sessions aligned with apprenticeship standards and best practices, assessing and submitting learner evidence in a timely manner, observing learner practice in the workplace, and promoting and safeguarding learner health and well-being.

You will have a strong background in adult/elderly care, with a minimum of 2 years of recent and relevant experience, including dementia and learning disabilities, at a Senior Carer level or above. You will also hold a health and social care qualification at Level 3 or Level 5 and have experience delivering apprenticeships/diplomas and holding an assessor qualification.

We offer a competitive salary range of £30,000 - £25,000 (dependent on experience) plus bonus, along with excellent benefits, including 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, a pension scheme, Specsavers scheme, eligibility for NUS Discount Card, £500 employee referral bonus, enhanced sick pay, and maternity reward vouchers.
