Sector Defining Sales Executive

We're seeking a highly skilled Sector Defining Sales Executive to join our Nexus Elite team and drive growth in our STS business unit.
The ideal candidate will be a charismatic sales leader with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
This role comes with a salary range of £65,000 - £90,000 dependent on experience, plus commission and car allowance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the PBSA and university sectors
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Significant sales experience in the facilities management sector
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A proven ability to deliver £1m+ sales targets
