Key Responsibilities:

In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for providing senior medical support to children and young people with mental health needs. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing senior medical support to children and young people with mental health needs.
  • Working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
  • Developing and implementing treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each child or adolescent.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting requirements.

This is an excellent opportunity to utilise your expertise and experience to make a positive impact on the lives of children and adolescents in Southend-on-Sea. To be successful in this role, you will need Full GMC registration with a licence to practice, CCT or equivalent qualification, Section 12 Approval or eligibility for it, and Approved Clinician status or eligibility. You must also be included in the Specialist Register or obtain CCST within 6 months.
