Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Manager EMEA

We are seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our EMEA Total Rewards team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the integration of compensation and benefit programs across Aristocrat's portfolio of companies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of EMEA compensation strategy and implementation of key compensation projects.
  • Facilitate salary planning, market analysis, job design, and variable pay planning to sustain the company's ability to hire and retain top talent.
  • Implement new Reward and Benefits policies, practices, and programs to meet business needs.
  • Design competitive compensation structures for operating businesses and countries, considering business priorities, market practices, and local regulations.
  • Provide ongoing support, training, and counseling to global People and Culture Business Partners and business leaders to create a common understanding of our compensation programs.
Requirements:
  • Experience in working in a large, complex organization, preferably in digital, technology, or gaming sectors.
  • Experience in working in an EMEA regional role.
  • Hands-on experience in compensation projects, including job levelling, market analysis, and variable compensation.
