Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Manager EMEA

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Manager EMEA to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for leading compensation and benefits operations and shaping the strategic direction of our Reward team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Design and lead annual compensation pay cycle activities, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Partner with HRBPs, other HR Centres of Excellence, and corporate functions to drive business goals.
  • Provide expert guidance on compensation and benefits matters across our global operations.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical mindset and experience with compensation benchmarking and salary ranges.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Self-driven and constantly striving to improve performance and team performance.
  • Experience managing small-sized teams and people management skills.
