Job Description

Main Duties
  • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operations to align with organizational goals and standards.
  • Monitor adherence to compliance standards and regulations, implementing necessary corrective actions where required.
  • Provide guidance and support to the team, fostering a cohesive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a maintenance or facilities environment.
  • Strong understanding of safety standards, compliance regulations, and budget management.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
