Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Operations Manager to join our team at Hudson Shribman. As an Assistant Facilities / Maintenance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations within the department, ensuring the seamless execution of planned and reactive tasks while prioritizing safety, compliance, cost impact, productivity, and other essential facets of the department's functions.

This role focuses on supervising and coordinating day-to-day operations in alignment with organizational goals and standards, ensuring all planned and reactive work is conducted efficiently and effectively. You will also be responsible for monitoring adherence to compliance standards and regulations, implementing necessary corrective actions where required.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a managerial, leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a maintenance or facilities environment, with a strong understanding of safety standards, compliance regulations, and budget management. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and make sound decisions under pressure.

Main Responsibilities:

* Operate and maintain various equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance
* Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventative measures
