Business Centre Operations Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Assistant Business Centre Manager to join our team at MCR Property Group. This role will be based at our Birmingham site on Hagley Road and will involve delivering exceptional service and support to our existing clients while driving new business through marketing, networking, and existing client relationships.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Building & Business Centre Manager to maintain the success of the business centre and manage the day-to-day operations of our 68,353 sqft office building and site-based staff.
The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, proactive, and able to think on their feet. They will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, agents, and office brokers.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative duties, including accurately inputting client service charges, collating and inputting month-end reports, and updating in-house systems.
- Health and Safety Compliance, including carrying out risk assessments and weekly checks.
- Diary and Meeting Room Management.
- IT and Telecoms, including programming the telephone system, internet programming, and telephone and internet patching.
- Sales, including liaising with agents and office brokers, networking, and increasing occupancy through referral and existing client relationships.

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Confidence to deal with people at all levels.
- Professional approach and diplomacy.
- Ability to provide basic IT assistance and be computer literate.
