About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Credit Risk Analyst to join our team at OSB Group. As a key member of our Risk function, you will play a critical role in producing impactful analyses and insights to support our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce and enhance regular and ad-hoc Credit Risk analysis for the Risk function and the wider business.
  • Provide analysis and insights to ensure the Group optimises the risk and reward dynamic of lending assets.
  • Take a leading role in critical Credit Risk analytical work streams, including Risk Appetite setting and monitoring.
  • Provide analytical support to the wider Risk function as and when required.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a Consumer Finance/Retail Banking Credit Risk function is essential.
  • Specialist knowledge of the Financial Services industry and Credit Risk Lifecycle is essential.
  • SAS/SQL coding knowledge is essential.
  • Advanced skills in respect of Excel/VBA is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills is essential.
