About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Credit Risk Manager to join our Risk function at OSB Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and updating credit risk reporting, portfolio deep dives, segmentation performance reviews, and strategy review.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain credit risk reporting and analytics to support business decisions and policy development.
  • Conduct regular analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement in credit risk management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of credit risk strategies.
  • Manage and maintain credit risk data and systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on credit risk management to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Advanced SAS/SQL and Excel/VBA skills with experience in producing and managing MI reports.
  • Mathematical related qualification or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous experience in a Retail/Consumer Finance Credit Risk Function with specialist knowledge of the credit risk lifecycle.
  • Experience within Financial Services and an in-depth understanding of credit risk analytical techniques.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to disseminate information.
