About the Role:

As a Portfolio Credit Risk Manager at OSB Group, you will be responsible for creating and updating credit risk reporting, conducting portfolio deep dives, and reviewing segmentation performance. This role involves regular analysis to support decision-making across various teams. You will also manage at least one Credit Risk Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide key metrics to Senior Management and Credit Risk Committee
  • Run data processes and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Undertake analytical projects to support teams and stakeholders
  • Manage underwriting tools and procedures
  • Complete regulatory data requests
  • Support Risk Appetite settings and Early Warning Indicators
  • Identify areas for analytical deep dives

Requirements:

  • Advanced SAS/SQL skills
  • Experience in Retail/Consumer Finance Credit Risk
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Understanding of credit risk analytical techniques
  • Previous line management experience is desirable
