About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Credit Risk Manager to join our Risk function at OSB Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and updating credit risk reporting, portfolio deep dives, segmentation performance reviews, and strategy review.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain credit risk models and analytics to support business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate credit risk
  • Design and implement credit risk reporting and monitoring processes
  • Provide expert advice on credit risk management to senior management and stakeholders
  • Lead credit risk analytical projects to support business growth and strategy
Requirements
  • Advanced SAS/SQL and Excel/VBA skills
  • Mathematical related qualification or equivalent work experience
  • Previous experience in a Retail/Consumer Finance Credit Risk Function
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Understanding of mortgage lending and credit risk analytical techniques
