About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Credit Risk MI Analyst to join our team at OSB Group. As a key member of our Risk function, you will play a critical role in producing impactful analyses and insights to support our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce high-quality credit risk analysis and insights to inform business decisions and optimize risk-reward dynamics.
  • Develop and maintain advanced reporting and analytics capabilities to support our risk management framework.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance our risk management capabilities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, and provide recommendations for enhancements to our risk management framework.
  • Lead critical analytical work streams, including risk appetite setting and monitoring.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a Consumer Finance/Retail Banking Credit Risk function is essential.
  • Specialist knowledge of the Financial Services industry and Credit Risk Lifecycle is essential.
  • SAS/SQL coding knowledge is essential.
  • Advanced skills in Excel/VBA are essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
