About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Governance & Transaction Administrator to join our Capital Markets team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of transactions and providing administrative support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of transactions, including securitization and structured finance transactions
  • Provide administrative support to clients, including company secretarial matters and corporate affairs
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including Market Abuse Regulations
  • Prepare and submit reports to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transaction execution
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of capital markets and transaction management
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
