About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Governance and Transaction Administrator to join our Capital Markets team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of transactions and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a varied portfolio of securitization and structured finance transactions, ensuring timely completion and accurate documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, internal stakeholders, and external parties to ensure seamless transaction execution.
  • Provide timely responses to client requests, promote a client-centric culture, and maintain high levels of professionalism in communication.
  • Ensure all transactions are fully understood, analyzed, and evaluated to meet client needs.
  • Draft and review CSC services agreements, fee letters, and ancillary documents.
  • Ensure proper handling of transactions, including incorporation, onboarding, documentation review, and execution in line with processes and procedures.
  • Manage company secretarial obligations for allocated special purpose vehicles, ensuring good legal standing and timely organization of board meetings.
Requirements
  • Minimum two years' experience working in the capital markets area.
  • Experience with a corporate services provider an advantage but not essential.
  • Legal degree or similar.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to cope with a busy workload and meet deadlines.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and work independently.
