Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Internal Sales Manager to join our team at the Lymington Branch of a leading electrical wholesaler. As a firm supporter of continued growth and development, this role offers an excellent basic salary and benefits package.

Based in Lymington, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that drive business growth and profitability. You will work closely with our experienced sales team to identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with existing customers.

The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a similar environment, preferably within the electrical wholesale sector. A degree in Business Administration or a related field is desirable, but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets
