At ClearCourse, we're seeking a highly skilled Lead Business Development Manager to drive growth across our Retail and Hospitality Division. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, developing and executing strategic sales plans, and actively selling to grow market share.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional looking to step into a leadership role. You'll work closely with our marketing and leadership teams to align sales strategies with business goals and stay ahead of industry trends.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in customer-facing sales, a solid understanding of the hospitality-tech landscape, and excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a generous benefits package, including life assurance, private medical cover, and enhanced company pension.
