As Lead Business Development Manager, you will oversee the sales efforts for our TISSL and Giftpro business units. You will manage a team of three, ensuring alignment with ClearCourses strategic goals while actively participating in sales activities.

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus a generous benefits package.

Job Description

The role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans to grow market share for TISSL and Giftpro. You will actively sell, build high-level client relationships, and close deals. Regular performance reviews, setting targets, and supporting team development are also key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
