Are you an experienced sales professional looking to step into a leadership role? ClearCourses Retail and Hospitality Division is seeking a Hospitality Tech Leader to drive growth across our TISSL and Giftpro business units.

This is a unique opportunity to lead a team while actively contributing to sales efforts, working with cutting-edge hospitality-tech solutions. You will manage a team of 3, overseeing sales activities and ensuring alignment with ClearCourses strategic goals.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £60,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package including life assurance, private medical cover, and enhanced maternity/paternity pay.

Job Description:

  • Manage and mentor a team of 2 BDMs and 1 SDR, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow market share for TISSL and Giftpro.
  • Actively sell, build high-level client relationships, and close deals.

Requirements:

  • Proven success in a customer-facing sales role with a strong track record.
  • Solid understanding of the hospitality-tech landscape and digital solutions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
