Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled PHP/Laravel Developer to join our team at NRG in Hartlepool.

The successful candidate will have experience working with the Laravel framework and be proficient in PHP, MySQL, and front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on scalable, efficient, and secure web applications and contribute to project planning.

  • Develop, test, and maintain web applications using PHP and the Laravel framework.
  • Collaborate with the team to gather and refine specifications and requirements.
  • Build RESTful APIs and integrate third-party APIs.
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
  • Debug and resolve application issues.

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a PHP Developer with at least 2+ years specializing in Laravel.
  • Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, and the Laravel framework.
  • Strong knowledge of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
  • Experience with Git and version control workflows.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Understanding of software security practices and data protection.
  • Experience with cloud services is a plus.
