Job Summary

Concept Human Solutions is seeking an experienced Service Sales Support Administrator to join our team as a key part of our operations. The successful candidate will provide centralized internal administration support to the Service Quality Manager and Service Support Team, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative assistance to the Service Quality Manager and Service Support Team, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports for client accounts, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports as required, utilizing data analysis skills to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Administer contracts onto our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Coordinate preventative maintenance activities, including paperwork creation and updates.
  • Manage rate card administration onto our CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
  • Prepare small quotations for additional engineering services, working closely with the Service Support Team to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Follow up on quotations and handovers, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
