Key Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance to the Service Quality Manager and Service Support Team in maintaining high-quality service delivery to our clients.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports on client accounts, ensuring timely and accurate information.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports as required, utilizing data analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Administer contracts onto our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring seamless integration and data accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain preventative maintenance paperwork, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Update post-preventative maintenance paperwork, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely completion.
  • Manage rate card administration onto our CRM system, ensuring up-to-date information and accurate pricing.
  • Prepare small quotations for additional engineering services, providing clear and concise information to clients.
  • Follow up on quotations and handovers, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients.

Personal Skills

  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work to strict guidelines and maintain attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks.
  • Methodical approach with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, with experience in data analysis and report preparation.
