Concept Human Solutions is seeking an experienced AV Service Sales Support Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will provide centralized internal administration support to our Service Quality Manager and Service Support Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance to the Service Quality Manager and Service Support Team in daily operations.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports for client accounts.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports as required.
  • Administer contracts onto our CRM system.
  • Manage preventative maintenance paperwork and updates.
  • Manage rate card administration onto our CRM system.
  • Prepare small quotations for additional engineering services.
  • Follow up on quotations and handovers.

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work to strict guidelines.
  • Methodical approach with attention to detail.
  • Experience and advanced skills in MS Word and Excel.
