Director of Research and Insights

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Education, Children and Families team at Ipsos. As a key member of our research and evaluation team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-profile studies and helping us grow our business.
Key Responsibilities- Design and lead research and evaluation projects, including mixed-methods studies, to deliver high-quality results and meet client objectives.
- Develop and manage client relationships, including proposal development, project management, and delivery of research and evaluation outputs.
- Lead and manage small to medium-sized research and evaluation projects, and contribute to the development of large and complex projects.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop business development opportunities and grow our client base.
- Communicate effectively with clients, internal stakeholders, and external suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support the development of junior team members, including mentoring and coaching to enhance their research and project management skills.
- Proven experience in research and evaluation, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results and meeting client objectives.
- Excellent mixed-methods research skills, including quantitative and qualitative methods.
- Strong project management skills, including proposal development, project planning, and delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong business development skills, including the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
