Job Title: Energy Insights Research Manager

LCP Delta is seeking a highly skilled Research Manager to lead our Energy Insights+ Service (EI+). This role is critical in positioning, delivering, and growing the EI+ research subscription service while supporting the company's future expansion and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage leading-edge research on Energy Insights, staying at the forefront of the rapidly growing energy transition sector.
  • Establish a thought-leadership position through research content, presentations, webinars, articles, and blogs.
  • Service Management and Delivery: oversee the delivery pipeline, collaborate with the Residential Energy team, and produce Service Deliverables containing insights, opinion, data, and forecasts for subscribers.
  • Understand client needs and shape, manage, and deliver research content and insights accordingly.
Requirements:
  • Relevant work experience in an energy insights product team or energy consultancy.
  • Desirable expertise: energy data analytics, AI, customer engagement, mobile app development, user interface experience, or home energy management.
  • Commercial acumen, customer focus, project management skills, and excellent analytical skills.
  • Proficient writing and presentation skills, with evidence of research methods, including desk-based research, face-to-face discussions, and telephone interviews.
  • The ability to network and attend events to project LCP Delta's capability and thought-leadership position.
