Asset Management Specialist

Education Partnership North East is seeking a highly experienced individual to fill the role of Asset Data Officer. This position requires a strong background in Subcontracting and Further Education, with excellent Performance Management and communication skills.
About the Role
As an Asset Data Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the college's subcontracted provision, which includes Adult Education, Skills Bootcamps, and 16-18 Study Programmes. Your duties will include Performance Management, reporting against Key Performance Indicators, and data analysis and planning to underpin robust planning and performance management.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the college's subcontracted provision, including Adult Education, Skills Bootcamps, and 16-18 Study Programmes
* Develop and implement Performance Management strategies to achieve high levels of performance and compliance
* Analyse and interpret data to inform planning and decision-making
Requirements
We are looking for someone with a strong background in Subcontracting and Further Education, with excellent Performance Management and communication skills. You should have a proven track record of achieving high levels of performance and compliance, as well as detailed knowledge of the Further Education Sector, including funding and regulatory bodies' roles and requirements.

Estimated Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
