Carers First is seeking a Senior Benefits Program Coordinator to support our benefits service in Lincolnshire.

The successful candidate will have experience in benefits administration and be able to develop and implement processes to improve the service. They will also be responsible for motivating and inspiring a team to deliver exceptional results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating the development and implementation of benefits programs
  • Working with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on program progress

Estimated salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum.
