Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Health and Social Care Apprentice at Home Group.

About the Role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop a career in Health and Social Care, supporting customers with complex mental health diagnoses, learning disabilities, and dual diagnosis.

You will assist customers with daily living tasks, help them achieve their goals and aspirations, and contribute to support planning and goal setting.

This is a 15-month fixed-term position with flexible working hours and a competitive hourly pay rate between £8.60 to £11.44, depending on age.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Basic Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn electronic online systems and bespoke software
  • Basic numeracy and literacy, ideally with a minimum Level 1 ability in English and Maths
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure, be observant, and offer insightful ideas for encouraging customers to achieve their personal goals
