About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Health and Social Care Apprentice. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers who have complex mental health diagnoses, learning disabilities, and dual diagnosis.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with practical daily living tasks to develop their independence and help them achieve their goals and aspirations.
- Contribute to support planning, goal setting, and regular reviews.
- Help customers with daily living activities such as making meals, shopping, budgeting, and maintaining their tenancy.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a supportive and inclusive environment.
