About the Role

This is a technical role that requires strong relationship-building skills to upsell services to customers. As a Technical Services Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring effective and efficient delivery of services to customers, acting as the internal customer voice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure effective and efficient delivery of services to customers
  • Provide technical guidance, advice, and support to account and service management teams
  • Build strong relationships with customers to upsell services
  • Lead and manage technical teams in IT operational environments
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong understanding of multiple technologies and the elements of an End-to-End service
  • Experience in Senior-level IT Management and leadership within a Cloud environment
  • Ability to inspire, lead, and give guidance to technical and non-technical teams
  • Strong customer-facing experience
