Technical Services Manager – Microsoft

About the Role

As a Technical Services Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of services to our customers. You will act as the internal customer voice, providing technical guidance, advice, and support to account and service management teams to ensure optimal technology service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to technical and non-technical teams in IT operational environments.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their technical needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft technologies and services to provide expert advice and support.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365 and a wide range of Microsoft technologies.
  • Experience in senior-level IT management and leadership within a cloud environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • A strong customer-facing background with experience in technical relationship management.
