Role Overview:

This is a senior leadership position for an experienced architect, leading architectural projects from conception to completion.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to drive innovation and deliver high-end commercial and residential projects in London and the South East.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Project Lead Architect to join our team at Recruitment Solutions South East Ltd.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing project design, feasibility, coordination, and construction.

You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client interfacing: Develop strong relationships with clients through regular briefings and progress meetings
  2. Project oversight: Lead the RIBA stages of project design and technical implementation
  3. Contractor/subcontractor management: Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery
  4. Team guidance: Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  5. Budget control: Manage project budgets and provide financial reports to stakeholders
  6. External liaison: Liaise with external parties, including suppliers and consultants, to ensure seamless project delivery

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: Proven track record of leading architectural projects from start to finish
  • Skills: Proficiency in REVIT, strong project management, and excellent communication skills
  • Qualifications: Relevant professional qualifications, such as RIBA Part II or III

Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
