**Project Architect Opportunity in a Thriving Architecture Firm**

Arise Recruit Ltd is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a skilled Project Architect to join their expanding team based in Tunbridge Wells.

This role offers the chance to work with a reputable architectural practice that has an excellent reputation in the area, handling a diverse range of projects including healthcare, schools, residential developments, and retrofit schemes.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management skills, be proficient in Revit, and have strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and delivering projects from inception to completion
  • Leading project teams and ensuring timely project delivery
  • Interpreting project briefs, managing budgets, and meeting deadlines
  • Communicating with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • ARB Registered Architect qualification
  • Strong project management skills and experience
  • A good understanding of RIBA Stages
  • Lewes commutability

We offer a competitive salary of £42,000 per annum, contributory pension, flexible working from home policy, generous holiday allowance, and company-funded social events.
