Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Integration Architect to spearhead the design, development, and implementation of complex integration solutions at AXA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless data flow between systems, driving innovation, and operational efficiency.

About the Role

As a Senior Integration Architect, you will direct the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and efficient integration architectures across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals. You will act as the technical liaison between various teams to ensure integration solutions align with organizational objectives and deliver seamless data flow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish governance frameworks for integration and data flow, ensuring adherence to security policies, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical guidance to the integration engineering team, promoting best practices and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
  • Drive continuous improvement in integration processes by adopting automation, DevOps practices, and modern integration techniques like microservices and event-driven architectures.
  • Oversee the configuration and management of integration platforms like MuleSoft, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and scalability of middleware solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in developing, deploying, and managing APIs using tools like MuleSoft or Azure API Management.
  • Strong understanding of Agile development, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
