As a key member of our Permanence Service, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality pathway planning to our young people, ensuring they receive the best possible support and care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert social work services to a small group of young people in care, developing and implementing effective pathway plans to support their transition into adulthood.
