About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Licensing Officer to join our team. As a key member of our Licensing Team, you will play a vital role in shaping and improving our licensing service to ensure we provide a consistent and effective service across the area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice to a wide range of service users, including council colleagues, local businesses, and members of the community.
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with the Licensing Team to develop and implement effective licensing strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Provide training and support to colleagues to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
