About This Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Identity Access Management Consultant to join our team in Manchester.

This role involves supporting intricate and challenging projects, assisting clients in resolving Identity and Access Management (IAM) and cybersecurity challenges. You will simplify technical concepts into clear, actionable advice and provide the necessary support to our clients. The position requires a deep understanding of IAM controls, strategic planning, and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead IAM project initiatives from start to finish.
  • Serve as an expert on IAM controls and best practices.
  • Create strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans across multiple IAM domains.
  • Provide expert knowledge on IAM tools and their integration with client IT systems.
  • Clearly communicate with clients and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in gathering IAM requirements, developing strategies, and designing IAM solutions.
  • Proven track record in managing and executing IAM projects successfully.
  • Practical experience with IAM tools such as CyberArk,, SailPoint, Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Ability to analyse large-scale user data, derive insights, and create effective solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the capability to establish strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Eligibility for SC clearance.
  • Experience in a client-facing consulting role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with Visio and SQL is advantageous.

Benefits:

The salary for this role is £62,500 - £72,500 per annum, plus bonus and benefits package including 10% bonus, family private healthcare, pension scheme, 25 days annual leave, share options, flexible working options, and more.
